Ok...guys. I need some opinions on a few book titles I am interested in and want to buy. I can only get a couple right now but would love to read/get them all. Which ones do you like or suggest? Have you read or heard about them and what did you think?

Dictionary for Natural Foods - Dr. William Esser
Food Combining Made Easy - Dr. Herbert Shelton
Grain Damage - Dr. Douglas Graham
Superior Nutrition - Dr. Herbert Shelton
Relearning to See-Improve Your Eyesight Naturally - Thomas Quackenbush
Food Combining & Digestion: A Rational Aproach to Combining What You Eat to Maximize Digestion & Health - Steve Meyerowitz

Of the two food combining books, which one is better? And what do you think about the vision book if you've read these titles?

Thanks for all your opinions. I really appreciate it!

Melissa

I'd recommend Dr. Shelton's books. I have food combining made easy, and it is small and an easy read. I want to read "superior nutrition." If you buy it, please let us know how it is! =)

Wonderful, well I had the learning to see book, didn't like it,

I'd get a food combining book if I just wanted another book.

I can see I have some reading to do myself. I don't have any of those.
