Not if it comes in a jar and was on the shelf, unrefrigerated. That's a big clue that it was probably heat processed.

If its in a jar, its most likely not. I think they are all pasturized. The jar may or may not say it. I am always wary of anything in a jar or can, because they are not kept refigerated, therefore I would imagine if they are raw they would ferment and explode..... Anyone else know anything about this?

nope, may be organic but not raw

you can grow your own mustard, we do, and we use our own seeds, it's really easy, but you can also buy mustard seeds or mustard powder and make your own mustard.

it's really easy and tastes great, you can make small batches too, so it doesn't go to waste.

gosh, all I do is grind up some fresh mustard seed, about 1 tsp or so, then add a touch of salt, and some vinegar and some water, not sure how much, then taste.

sometimes I add agave' if I want it sweet, or I add it to cashew cream cheese, or I add it to oil for a more salad dressing type of thing.

I just some times sprinkle it on food too.
