100% Stone Ground!?

We have some corn meal...and the ingredients listed are 100% Stone ground corn meal. Does this mean it is raw? and if so what could I use it for??

NOPE, not raw, they use heat to process corn meal, and MOST other meals and flours too, that is why you see people grinding their own flour out of fresh wheat berries and such.

That's what I figured, but then I wondered if this one was because it said 100% stone ground

d*** it,,, I jus bought flaxseed meal and brown rice flour -.-, this is kinda hard, so you have to make everyhting yourself? kinda time consuming . so which things are best for carbs? :D

Carbs? fruits and veggies have carbs! I lovvvvve my fruits...I eat mostly fruit
