Yea yea, we all know I can't fast...or I keep trying at least. Thing is I set myself up for failure by saying "i'll fast for a week (or two)" when in reality I can't make it past 27 hours. I have to start small and would really like some support. I really want to do a 36 hour water fast starting after dinner tonight. I was wondering if anyone would like to join me...ya know, a fresh start to the new month of June. I think if others are doing it with me I'll feel I can't let you down!

Sure, I'll do it with you! I am getting a new juicer tonight so I think I am going to do juice rather, than water... but I will deffinantly support you! You can most deffinantly do it! We'll do it together, no problem. I'm excited. I have been wanting to do one lately so this is perfect.

i'll join you. i've been eating raw for 3 days now. and i was thinking about a juice fast tomorrow.
i'm not sure how long, i'm thinking short goals for right now.

I would love to join you for this fast. I agree--if you have fast buddies you can go a very long way.

I'll go with the juice and double my hours to 72 as I find water is just too difficult.
