I'm making a trip tp Trader Joe's next week and I'm wondering if there are any particular raw goodies that they have that I should try out. Do you guys know of any??? I really hope they have Nama Shoyu. I'm going to look in Whole Foods too. I'll go to the ones in Union Square.

The Trader Joe's where I used to live carried Larabars and organic frozen fruits and raw nuts and nut butters and some dried fruits.

Wow it carried all of those items Breanna!? That's great.. Are the prices much different from Whole Foods & co-ops? We just got a Trader Joe's in Minnesota a few weeks ago, I'll have to check it out.

Trader Joe's prices are better than whole foods, but they don't offer as much of an organic selection. You can buy non- organic medjool dates for about 3.49 for 16 oz. Some organic fruit and reasonably priced; some organic nuts/seeds and organic raisins and other organic dried fruits; lara bars; organic nut butters; some organic veggies; organic basil; organic bananas and avocados; organic tomatoes.
Enjoy.
