To actually smell roses without sneezing has always been a dream for me. I kept saying I am going to take a bunch of medication and just go to the rose gardens. However, it seemed no matter how mahy I took I still sneezed and wheezed before I ever made it to the roses.
Then last Tuesday I went to the Rose Gardens. I had a really bad time Monday night with allergies and breathing. First time in a long time. Then I got up the next day feeling tired but terrific. I went to the Rose gardens no problems. I put my face right in the roses. We spent over an hour smelling each type. Absolutely no problems. They are really magnificent plants.
Raw is the way to go.
Next I will try Cedar. Have to get braver, last time I went near cedar I was hospitallized with breathing problems. But, soon I will brave it.
