Okay, I can't pick only one

but these are my favorites

pesto stuffed mushrooms

meatloaf (made into burger patties)

raviolie

pizza bread

enchiladas

that is in order of preference, and how often I eat them,

I ALWAYS have all of these in my freezer at all times, I don't like to feel deprived and I like to be able to make anything in a minutes' notice,

so with these things I can eat anything I choose or feed an army. LOL

The crepes are awesome ! I put a banana in the filling mixture and it makes it so much creamier and easier to spread. The you have banana strawberry crepes!

I really like the beanless falafel and the marinara sauce. There are others I love too, but those two pop to mind right off the bat.

I really enjoyed the crab cake recipe. I don't know that this is my favorite but it was really good. Our 18 month old daughter loved them!

Mara I'm so going to do that, add a banana to the creme filling. When I made the filling, I did it in my food processor and had trouble getting it really smooth and the consistency I wanted, so I'm totally going to try this. Thanks for the idea!

I, can't pick just one recipe either.

Here's a list of my fav's:

Mock Salmon Pate (so versatile!)
Angel Hair Pasta w/ Marinara Sauce (cuz it's SO hydrating!)
Nacho Cheese (OMG -- dehydrated -- I'll eat the whole thing!)
Carrot-Pecan Burgers (Yum!)
Date-Nut Torte (had every day for a few months)
Pizza w/ Easiest Crust (I freeze sometimes and take out as I need)
Sweet 'n Sour Dressing (great w/ Carrot-Pecan Burgers)
Chocolate Cannoli's (great for introducing a raw dessert to non-raw people cuz you can cut into little pieces -- watch out tho, they go REAL fast -- they disappear before your very eyes)

Can't wait to try every recipe in the book!!! ;)

frozen corn, orange juice, ground flax seed - I think that's all and then what ever cut up marinated veggies you choose to put in it. I also use a raw enchilada sauce from Noni that is posted a couple pages back in the photo's only thread. Its really good and keeps them from being too dry.

I made the enchiladas today and so far that is my favorite entree recipe that I've made. I ate a whole one (that's a lot for me) and am now stuffed! But, so good. I couldn't stop eating it.

As you can see from the variety of recipes, it depends on what you're hungry for at the moment.

Check out my Alissa and Annie thread, where I am working through the entire book and talking about each recipe. I am about half way there.
