I just finished reading both Raw Food Detox by Natalia Rose and Green For Life by Victoria Boutenko. Natalia advocates for green lemonade, Victoria for smoothies. With Natalia's recommendation, you get the nutrients without being bogged down by the fiber. With Victoria, you get the healthy fiber.

Does anyone have any personal recommendations around this? I have tried both and am thinking of a smoothie in the morning and green lemonade at night.

Also - what do you do with the green fiber from the juicing? I was putting it on my salad but that is just way too much dense chewing!

well, you could make crackers out of the fiber, I know my almond pulp and carrot pulp makes great crackers.

As far as juice or smoothies,

I took my first raw classes from Victoria Boutenko and she and her entire family have been 100% raw for 100% of the time for about 12 years, so I go with her judgement, I know she does studies, and researches her information.

I totally trust her judgement, I also agree, that eating the food in it's entire form is the way the God/dess made it for us, so is more natural that way.

I can also understand the juiceing information, as it gives you immediate benefits to your body and health, and I know alot of people love juice, so it is a start.

I think what ever feels right to you, why not do both? as you are now? if it's working for you, then why not?

Do both do both!

Why limit yourself to one delicious treat :)
Both are extremely wonderful gifts for your body and they are different.
