I've definitely lost what seemed the easiest recipe I'd ever found for corn chips. I've been searching for over half an hour both on flash drive and hdd and on the net, but have to give up.

The recipe was great, it had few ingredients (and NO flax seed!), and basically called for 5 ears of corn (not the recipe calling for 6 ears of _frozen_ corn, btw, nor the one with the soaked corn kernels). There are tons of recipes out there but this had only about 4 ingredients. Since I hate re-inventing the wheel and need to start with an established recipe, hoping someone here has this one and can share it.

Thanks so much. I've got 5 ears of corn that I don't want to waste without a recipe. :)

[I have a USB flash drive and am getting really good and consolidating recipes I capture off webpages and save to text files and saving onto flash drive; and I'm looking now for a good freeware synchronizing app to keep my recipe captures at home and on flash drive I carry around with me, current and up-to-date. But I'm not yet totally up-to-speed with this and I definitely lost this recipe somehow.]

I just throw the corn cut off the cob into the food processor ... along with some onion and spices (I use cayenne and chili powder - sometimes celtic salt). Process the batch, and put on teflex sheets to dehydrate.

They are Really good!!
