Hello everyone, i'm new here and just wanted to say "Hi"...i've been raw b4 for 3 months but gave up again (stupid me), but now i'm back...today will be three weeks...i'm pretty sure i can do it this time, i'm in a better headspace about it now...anyways, i'm feeling great except for some major detox today...my glands are really swollen and hurt, so i'm just gonna drink lemon water today, and maybe i'll go to the gym to steam...anyway just wanted to hi and hey, is there anyone else here from Winnipeg? :)

Warm welcome to you--beautiful name. Good for you going back on raw--try try again. Winnepeg-i'm originally from Ontario and have been to Winnepeg many times. I hear your having a hard winter?

thanx guys...yeah this winter is terrible...but then again it always is...you know i wouldn't mind it too much if it wasn't six months long hahaha...today it's only -9C, so that's good, it's supposed to go up to -2C tomorrow, but after that it's back to good old -20C yeayyyyyyy!!! (sarcastic)
