Hey I have a question for anybody that knows -
I have had an intolerance to oats for a long time, years now (Im 16) and whenever I have oats I sort of get addicted to them!! When I eat them I sometimes get quite bloated and crave them even more! I was just wondering, when you go raw, do intolerances like that go away? Because I like oats and I dont want to have to avoid them!
Anybody who can help please do, I would be very grateful :)

I have lots of food intolerances & allergies and have found if anything i am much more sensitive to them now that I'm raw. A lot of people said they will go away, maybe after years but not after months. I've had to drop a lot of food (mushrooms, miso, etc) out of my diet completely now that I'm raw whereas when I was still cooked I could eat them w/out noticing the reaction as much.
could you be sensitive to gluten?

I have many food intolerances and allergies and after going raw I became MUCH more sensative. Now I can't even breathe peanut dust without my throat closing (used to eat gobs of peanut butter when I was a kid and was fine). My body is becoming more and more sensative to the pesticides on the pruduce (my body knows organic is best lol). I tried raw oats (had reactions to cooked), but had the same reaction so I don't know. You may want to be careful and let you body heal for a few months before you try it.
