I've been using coconut oil (3 TB per day) and am going to try the mock pate for dinner which is nutty.
I was thinking of taking a couple TB of flax oil as I heard it empties out fat but won't that be too much fat in one day?
If you read the following thread (which I assume you did, in light of your above remarks), then I am surprised you still wish to consume large quantities of oil (a refined substance):

Do you know that a common method of cleansing the liver is to take a large dose of oil? Doing so causes the release of a large quantity of bile, and thus gallbladder and liver can theoretically derive some benefit from the unusually large degree of fluid movement in their vicinity.
However, if you are continually consuming large quantities of oil, I wonder if this might lead to an unnecessary strain being placed upon the liver and gallbladder, not only to process and emulsify the fat but also, on much more simplistic level, simply to maintain adequate levels of bile for the purpose, if large amounts of bile are being flushed at regular intervals. Something to think about, over and above the issues discussed in the linked thread..

I believe that oil is probably not the best way to get your fats , however I do think that in a normal digestive system fats are not bad - try to go for avocados and other nuts ,have you thought of hemp seeds?????
Hi ,
I DO not have a definate answer for your ?? but I do wanna say that I hope you get an answer to your ?? NOT advise to NOT take oil since it was NOT what you are asking.
Anyways...I have had success with flax oil in the past but I am allergic to coconut so I cannot give you feedback on that item. I do know that I try to eat one fat at a time for better digestion but that is just for my system
I truly hope you get your answer to your ?? soon.
How about try a change for a week and see how you feel and digest etc. Then IF and when you are ready ***change the fats to other sources if YOU want to.
Blessings,
JMD

I'll quite happily accept that as personal criticism and stand by my original answer, nonetheless - it was posted with good intention, not bad.
However, looking back at the original question, I do appreciate your criticism now - perhaps my post was a little hasty under the circumstances. Sometimes there isn't enough time in the day to read every post as thoroughly as one should, before replying. Point taken on board and no hard feelings.
