What I ate for dinner pictures?

Hi,

I try to make every dish a pretty appealing one and I thought it would be kool if we had a new thread that showed off our newest creations. I take a picture of all my new dishes. Here is one that I made last night.

It is hummus and veggi-kraut placed on Romaine and red cabbage w/cucumbers and tomatoes and garnished with Rosmary and a olive.
