I've been 100% raw for about 4 1/2 months, and I'm still way underweight. Do you think that fasting could help jumpstart my weight gain (counterintuitive as it sounds)? If so, how long a fast do you recommend?

Unfortunately, I will not have access to my juicer until August, so I'll probably either have to do a water fast or an orange juice fast (unless someone who lives in Albuquerque, NM has a juicer they'd be willing to lend me during the fast . . . j/k)

Thanks for the advice!

I work at Hippocrates Health Institute and they do not let people who are underweight fast. Everyone else fasts on green juices one day a week, but this is not recommended for those who need to gain weight.

Yes it is exactly what will help you to normalise your weight & very beneficial but you need to follow the program in The Miracle Of Fasting by Paul Braggs. Well not need but definitly read the book & see if it answers your questions. :)
