Hi everybody~

I just wanted to share with you because I have been supported by this board for 3 years, and promised myself I would share about the 5 day teacher training when I did it.

Well, it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did I say amazing?!?

oh-my-gosh....for anyone considering a career in living foods, or even just living a living foods lifestyle, this class will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

not only do I know now that I have EVERYTHING I need to be very successful teaching living foods classes, I am very clear in who I am as a person. I cleared blocks to being my true self that I hadn't been able to clear with many years of personal growth work.

This class is worth ten times the cost. Check it out! I promise you you will not be sorry....

Blessings!!

Thanks for sharing Theresann! That makes me want to looking into become a Living Foods teacher, though I'd have to drive from Canada to the U.S. for them I think.

That is wonderful reinforcement to the rest of us! I also have the goal of attending the Sept. class. Allissa's training or bust is my motto. I am doing all I can towards that goal.

Please keep us posted--we would love to hear of your successes.

I am still beaming from the entire experience. Words cannot express how amazing those five days truly were. What a cleansing, inspiring, motivating, clarifying, INCREDIBLE experience.

Theresa, I think you said it best when you stated, "I knew I was coming here for something other than the food" !

It was really nice to meet and connect with so many wonderful rawfooders! What an awesome group of people!!

Alissa and Elaine, I thank you both SO much!!!!! You ladies totally ROCK!! Seriously, you both are so beautiful, inspiring, and kind. You complement each other so well. What an incredible thing you've got going!

I wish I could have stayed in that blissful bubble forever! I almost feel as though the experience was really just a dream! I feel so lucky to have been a part of it. . .

Can't wait for the teacher's reunion in October!

Much love,
Melissa :D

yeah, everybody-this class is really worth it. It's worth more than I paid for it. ALissa's vision is really contributing to raising the vibration of the world in a profound way. This is really the best training I've ever done.

Melissa~ I SOOO am right with you!!! Couldn't have said it better myself!!

Debrorah~ I didn't know that was you either! HA!

Cherie~ LOVE your new photo-what a beautiful woman you are! Yes, now I "get it". I will be raw the rest of my life

That's DEFINITELY something else I got from this experience-the courage, passion and committment to be 100% raw for life. THAT is a miracle too!

What is the date for the reunion and will it be where the classes are held? I'm taking the September course and would love to attend the reunion. With my job, I need to request the time off now. Thanks.

Wow. Hearing about the classes makes me want to go. Are there any other careers/jobs (related to raw) mentioned in the classes besides becoming an instructor? I would love to immerse myself in the raw lifestyle so much that it becomes my work as well. Problem is I have a fear of public speaking and getting up in front of big groups is very difficult for me. Teaching would probably not be a good idea. BUT, I have noticed that going raw has changed my emotions quite a bit and my anxietes are lessening. So maybe I will get over it. Who knows.

hi everyone! shanh - there is a teacher in canada now, natasha - check the rawteacher page.

akh -- i think the class is great even if you don't want to teach. not everyone there wants to be a teacher. It helped me to focus and gave me tools to follow my dreams - part of which is teaching, but that is just a bit of it.

good luck to everyone! love y'all

Thank you for the compliment Theresaan! :)

Akh - Another aspect you could explore from what you learn is making food for others...being a personal chef, consulting others on going raw, doing raw catering, etc. But I've never been much of a public speaker either and get nervous as all get out when it comes time for me to teach. But I kid you not, after that FIRST initial class, you get SO pumped that you feel confident you could do ANYTHING!

Also, it's really about showing them how to make the food...you're not standing up there with a microphone walking back and forth across a stage and just talking. You are basically making food and just talking about what you're doing as you go and trust me, the talking part will just happen naturally because people will ask questions and you just let it flow! Just share your experience and knowledge and that nervousness very soon disappears.

Elaine is also there helping you deal with fears and anxieties other things and just brings a whole experience in and of itself to the whole equation. You would really be ready to do this once you were done with the training.

There was an email that Alissa sent out about the teacher reunion. It also includes everyone from each level... Level I Chef, Level II Instructor, and Level III Teacher. It will be a great time, wish I could attend but my schedule is so full in the fall!

Theresaann ~ CONGRATULATIONS!!! Yes, it is an amazing experience isn't it?? I was certified back in December at her CA class. But I'm sure her new facility on the east coast was simply awesome. Can't wait to see pictures of your class!

Well, the training is definitely worth it! Alissa and her staff is simply phenomenal. I highly recommend it! BTW...with regards to a career, the exposure from being listed on Alissa's website alone is worth the money. Just yesterday, my computer programmer hubby installed a program on my personal site and it showed me that I have had over 124,000 hits to my site since I've had it up in January!! And I've had 3,500 hits alone on Tuesday! Is that phenomenal or what?? The only other place I've listed my website, besides Alissa is Rhio's online directory.

People have been calling from so many different places and also placing orders through our store. It's just been awesome! THANKS ALISSA for providing such an amazing opportunity! And I only have been able to do this on a real part-time basis. Because of other priorities and committments, I only teach LOLF classes once a month.

So the LOLF program can accommodate any career goal! The trick is committing 100% to whatever goal you have. As Elaine has taught us -- if it's not 100%, then the answer is "no". :)

Blessings to you on your new career! You definitely have a great support system here and with the other Teachers!

Warmly,
Jocelyn

The more I read about this the more exciting it sounds.

Rawkinlocs, thank you for your input...lots of good ideas you gave me and I appreciate that. I have to admit that going raw has given me more confidence in so many aspects of my life and that, in itself, is truly amazing. So maybe this is something I could do. I will definitely be thinking about it.

After realizing the incredible benefits to being raw, how can you not want to share that knowledge with everyone? It would be a very loving thing to do. And I really feel a moral obligation to share it. Wouldn't it be so wonderful to make a career out of something you feel so passionate about? It seems that most of you are doing that for this reason. Makes me smile. :) :) :)

Thank you so much for posting this. I am seriously considering the July class. I've lined up help from my (adult) kids to take care of my (fur) kids - (I actually have three dogs). Now to be brave enough to take the financial plunge!

Just got caught up enough at work to finally take a look at this forum. So great to hear the voices from the class. It was a wonderful experience. I have stayed raw since the class and have made all sorts of wonderful items. My beautiful wife loves the food and the way that I make it. We have been having fun with it. I will start teaching intro class soon. I'll let you know how it went and how it goes.
