Does anyone know if eating 100% raw can help diminish existing or prevent future varicose veins?

I am only 39 and have started to develop bad varicose veins on my legs-Eeeww. I am very active, love the outdoors and it makes me feel so self-conscious to wear shorts with my UGLY veiny legs

They appeared with my third pregnancy (8 yrs ago) but I have noticed them getting worse since. I am planning on starting the 30 day challenge as soon as my book gets here and have been 75% or so since January, so have no experience on whether 100% RAW helps circulation/vein issues. Obviously, 75% DOESN'T help!

I am only 118 lbs., so it is not cuz of excess weight. My mom and sisters' legs are vein-free, so not heredity (unless farther up the gene pool). Anyway, as summer is here, I have really been depressed about this. I know the whole "Beauty comes from within" adage, blah, blah, and I do agree but would love to get some relief if possible! :) so my outside beauty more adequately matches my inside beauty!!!

:p I've been eating raw for about 4 months and rubbing my legs with olive oil several times a week, back and front. A couple of weeks ago my husband noticed that on one leg in the back the veins had disappeared but on the other one they are slowly drying up it seems.
I am so excited, i hope this will work for you.

Apparently, apple cider vinegar can help varicose veins, if rubbed regularly into the skin f the affected area(s). Also, promoting the integrity of the vascular walls is a useful approach - citrus fruits and berries are just two options with valuable elements supportive of this goal.

That is encouraging news! Thank you so much for sharing those ideas with me and I will definitely put all into practice!

I have been putting my legs up everyday, have been massaging them (but not with olive oil or apple cider vinegar), doing lots of skin brushing concentrating on the areas behind my knees/calves where they are the worst, and trying to be aware of not crossing my legs.

Again, thanks for the ideas!

Blessings,
Kirsten
