Soaking hemp seeds

Should hemp seeds be soaked before use? also what are your favorite things to do with hemp seeds?

While I'm at it do pecans have to be soaked? I didn't think so but I just want to make sure. My grandma and grandpa came up from Florida and brought with them a big bag of pecans (still in the shells) that they gathered from a tree. My grandma said she had to really fight with the squirrils. lol.

you dont need to soak hempseed because they do not have enzyme inhibitors.
