Hi I just need a little advice......
I have been trying to go raw for a month now and keep failing and i started over last thursday and its day 6...I feel better than i did all the other times i tryed but just wondering if you think having up to three avocados a day is bad?? I have been making wraps with cabbage leaves and i eat minimum of 2 avocados a day...its helped me stay raw but im worried they have too much fat and i really need to lose weight im 20 pounds overweight.
Please someone give me some feed back,

The best advice I've seen given is to when you are first starting out with eating raw - especially if you have not consistently been raw for at least a month to three months - don't worry about the fat, just eat to stay raw. After a while, your body will naturally begin to gravitate towards less fat. Also, you are choosing a "healthier" source of fat in the case of eating advocados. Let getting heatlhy become your goal and in due time, the weight will come off...let the healing begin first and foremost, though.

Dear Mamma Mia.. Don't worry! Look on it this way, yes you may be eating too much fat right now but it is better to do that and remain raw than slip off the wagon! I eat what I want and I have still lost 11 kg since I begun in the middle of February, so it is possible! Enjoy the journey! :p

Thank you guys for the advice i have lost 5 pounds in 7 days so thats pretty good since i havent been doing any excercise.

the fat is different, enjoy the raw food, your appetite may start to decrease at around 14 days plus. Just have fun with your food and feel good. I am happy to say that today is my 15th day (again) 100% raw and I did not notice a decrease in my food appetite yesterday, but I have noticed I am less hungry today. Who knows, lol.
