Free Raw Food Tasting at Wild Oats - May 23rd

I will be at Wild Oats in Long Beach tomorrow offering Guilt-Free Desserts!!

Come on down at 5:00 p.m., taste some yummy raw desserts, hang out and chat with the throngs.

Wow!! So many people stopped by and the "guilt-free" desserts I made just flew off the table! As did my flyers and business cards.

What I especially loved was how so many people asked what was in them since they were allergic or couldn't have gluten or sugar or ... many, many things. I loved being able to say -- there are only two ingredients in the torte and two ingredients in the frosting and there is no sugar, no flour, no additives or preservatives in these. Then, when they'd taste them, the shocked but pleased expression on their faces was priceless. So many people are eager to learn how to make these goodies -- and more -- themselves!

The best was the Wild Oats employees "sneaking" up for tastes!

Next Tuesday is Pizza to Live For! A couple dozen people promised to return for that one!

Yay!! Spreading the raw word one event at a time!
