I received Alissa book today. I can not find an almond butter recipe. Can anyone help?

I don't think her book has an almond butter recipe, but it's pretty easy. Just soak your almonds overnight then run them through the Champion juicer with the blank screen in place. I've heard you can make it in a Vitamix but I haven't tried it.

Some also say they do it in a coffee grinder, but you would need to do more than one "load" to get the amount you want to make...
