Heard of the Almighty Cleanse?

I was watching this infomercial today on this cleanse called the Almighty Cleanse. I think you like take these 2 formulas for 7 days. Has anyone tried this cleanse and if so do you think it is safe and what are the side effects like? It says it is suposed to get all the impacted "stuff" out of your body even like tapeworms. Ok just wondering. Thanks~VF

Haven't heard the infomercial. Did my own fast and yep! Out came what looked like tape worms or some sort of long flat worm. I think that the body had a chance to expel garbage and there was no junk for the worms to feast on! Hope that help.
