I have this product in my freezer now. I am not using it currently though. I've gotten more into juicing my own greens. It tastes a little grassy and muddy but it's not bad. One of my raw friends here uses it all the time and loves it. She says that it gives her energy like a shot of wheatgrass. Maybe I'll take it again someday, but for now I'm happy with my juices every morning. Hope that helps.

I sure do need the energy... but I do green smoothies every day... Wondering if I am missing something more... sure feel in the need for something more... Might try it one time... see what happens.. I just do not want to get dependant on a pricey product.. would love to just get it through my foods.... I was doing so well there for a while now those feelings of weakness are coming back.. and my foods have not changed... cant figure it out...maybe I could use something like this as a jump over the hurdle then continue with the raw....

My dh and I tried this on Sat and we hated it! It tastes like nori in liquid and some mud (lol) but I guess we could just get used to it. We had it as a shot. I would rather do wheatgrass but they are not the same. I guess I could mix it with smoothies.

I've tried it in the Blue-Grape drink that is in Raw Food Real World book. And I am quite surprised that I like it. And my kids like it too.
It's the blue-green algae mixed with some fresh grapefruit juice, and than a drizzle of agave.

I personally felt no different using this. But many do. It's definitely best to mix it in a smoothie or juice because it has a very strong unpleasant taste. Wheatgrass is nothing compared to the taste of this.

I have been juicing greens for about 2 months now and introduced E3 Live about 3 weeks ago. I must admit I wasn't expectiing much but am amazed at how energised I feel since including it! It really hits the spot for me. The only other supplement where I have noticeably seen a difference is when I use Maca. I am a huge fan of them both.

I love it & everyone I know I tell them about it. I told my sister, she went out and got it, and felt a difference the very first day. I now take 1 Tbls. when I first get up, 1 Tbls in my morning smoothie, 1 Tbls before going to the gym. I felt an increase in energy; mood upliftment; and the more I take it the better it taste. It will never taste like whatever my favorite food is, or maybe in time it will (hmmmm) Another friend starting taking it and the pain she was having in her tummy went away, and she says she is sleeping better...I think it's probably worth a try and they refund your money if your not satisfied..
