What is a raw foodist perspective on oatmeal?
Is it really as healthy as people say it is?

up at top of page is search icon , punch in oatmeal and youll go to many threads on it . and what raw foodist say is that oats are not raw , they are steamed so deenzymed and thusly not an optimal cell fuel . goodday :)
Hi,
It's a no to conventional oatmeal it's processed and cooked. You can make a raw oatmeal with sprouted buckwheat a banana and a little water in a food processor.Process to oatmeal consistency.

many people on this site roll their own oats, and make oatmeal, I know Rawkinlocs does, and she makes great oatmeal.
I'll see if I can find a link to her info here.
hang on
