lots of radishes coming up-wondering if I can eat the greens too? TIA

I do when i thin my garden just rince them and toss them in the salads
they are great later in the year i add the seed pods

Yes you certainly can, I wondered about that too and did a search on the net and didn't find to much some info on cooking them but never raw. Then it dawned on me I should look in Victoria's Green for life book that I have and it was listed, I use them in my green smoothies too. They have a little spice flavor to them but they're very good. ENJOY!!!!

yep, they are delicious, we have turnips radish carrot spinache basil rosemary tarragon cilantro parsley lettuces etc, we toss the tops all into salads, we hardly ever toss the leaves on anything.
Dragggon is a big wild forager, and he forages in our gardens too, it's so much fun, to walk outside, and grab something to eat, so fresh, you can hear the plants singing, so happy to be eaten.
