hello, my family & i have been doin the raw for a couple months. am glad for the encouragement that reading books, watching dvds,serfing the net & meeting raw people has given us. also eating at chaco cayon. to even think of healing & being well is wonderful.

WOW, I've been struggling that long, been raw 65 days today, the longest I've ever been raw, without something cooked, I'm feeling great.
