ok I was in heaven when I made this. very simple too just take barzil nut milk and blend frozen bananas in it to form a shake. my b/f said it was ok but I was amazed. let me know am I crazy?

I actually had this at a raw food place. They called it a Monkey Mambo, but they added a little cinnamon to it. I've made it for folks - they love it too.
