Coconut Oil question

Is there anyone out there using the coconut oil as a health benefit?? Was wondering how long a quart would last...? Have you seen any benefits as they state it does??

I use it for a variety of benefits- but most importantly that it noursihes my thyroid gland and gives me great energy!

we (family of 4) use 1 gallon in a 3 weeks to a month!

WOW, I've had one pint jar for 10 years, and I use it so very little.


it is still good, I just don't hardly use it at all, I like olive oil for my body and hair and food, dressings etc.

I know alot of people buy it and use it to eat every day, I've never been able to do that, just tooooo greasy for me. ugh!
