View Full Version : Energy Low...Wanna Start Running

I want to start running, what are some of the foods that you guys recommend for getting my energy up. I haven't had my usual green smoothies in a week, so that's probably why my energy is so low.

This past week my diet has consisted mostly of
bananas (lots)
blueberries
almond milk (unstrained)
lemon juice and peel
honey
vanilla
avocados

any recommendations for a change. My bodu wsa saying "Fats:, now it's saying
No more fats", but I haven't really made a change yet.

Wheatgrass in the morning on a empty stomach gives me a enrgy boost all day.
