Do any of you make many days' worth of meals at a time? I was just thinking it might be smarter to make 3 or 4 different recipes at once and keep them in the fridge. One, for variety depending on my desires for the day and Two, to save a little time in preparation/cleanup so that I'm doing it say, all Sunday afternoon instead of every other night.

I imagine they'd keep just as long as if they were whole veggies, wouldn't they?

Or perhaps I should rephrase the question and ask if there are any recipes you've tried that do NOT keep well for several days.

Do any freeze especially well--or not?

Thanks for any input!

I only do that with deydrated foods, I make up a whole lot of interesting things, bag them, and store them.

I find the veges and fruit are usually really simple to put together, so I do those just before I eat them.

I found that when I made up a bunch of meals at once, I'd end up wasting most of it. I don't eat as much now as I did before raw. Now, I just make up one dish and work on that until it's almost gone and then make something else. Keep in mind, also, that I drink juice for breakfast and either juice or smoothies for lunch with some fruit here and there and the only "meal" I eat is for dinner. I made a date-nut torte for my birthday on the 15th and I'm still eating it!!!
