Hey all, has anyone purchased raw foods from EatRaw . Com? I placed an order weeks ago. Got confirmation via e-mail but they neither charged my card no placed my order. Is it just me? Should I cut them some slack or do they have a history of this?

They just got back to me and said they were holding my order because they're out of stock on two of the 4 items I ordered. They "hope" to have both in stock and ship by Monday. I'm a little irriated that they didn't feel it important to notify me but I'm going to give them a try.

I deal with a lot of mail order companies for my business. When ordering from a new place, I always ask what their "out of stock" policy is. Do they notify? When? What happens if they don't have it in within a week? etc. It's really, really annoying, I know, when they don't bother to notify and you're wondering what is going on. Maybe next time you order from a new place, get the scoop up front so you won't be waiting and wondering....... :(
