my urine is bright yellow?

is this a detox or is it my body passing vitimes I just started taking supplemets.? any one ever experienced this it's been a couple of days ive been raw for a month now. yay me. i'm just curious what is making my urine so colorful usually it's a pale yellow

That usually is a sign of dehydration. But I imagine it also could be detoxing. Make sure you are drinking enough water!

thank you and I believe I am I'll try to up the amount but I'm small and I already drink a good 60-80oz a day. When i drink too much I have to pee every hr no joke.

It's not dehydration. It is a really bright yellow and I have it as well, when I take vitamins. I take Nutrilite by the way. The urin stays bright yellow for a while and then returns to your normal color. Don't worry, that's normal.
You can do a test with vitamins. Put vinegar into a class and drop the vitamin into it. Then let it sit for a while and see if it dissolves. Many vitamins never do that. :eek:

i'm just afraid that i'm not absorbing the vitimins and it's all leaving my body through the urine. I started taking them becasue i'm already having troubble getting the nutrants i need.

I had the same results after I started using Red Star nutritional yeast - vegan blend. I was told it's the excess B-12 which contributes to the flourescent yellow color.

Well, if you would put them into vinegar and they do not dissolve it would lead you to think that they might not dissolve in your stomach acid either. I call it a Vitamin Bomb cause it just crashes through your body and then comes out again.

yes very bright its the color of the neon yellow crayonin the cryon box. I wouldn't be suprised if it could glow

Also a lot of the time supplements have a coloring in them... So if the pill is on the yellow side anyway it could have some coloring added and this is what is coming out into the toilet... Be Wary of supplements..... :(
