Hi, I live in Los angeles and I began eating raw on March 3rd. I love it. I went all or nothing and had some crazy detox. I have lost 22 pounds and my skin is flawless! I love eating this way, for me it is so creative. I feel I am not in a box anymore. It has given me so much freedom.

So...hello. Thanks for creating such a supportive enviroment.

Hello, I'm in LA also, where are some of the resturants you have gone to that are raw? I'm always looking for some place new.

I'm in WLA and went raw yesterday. I feel great so far. I have been vegan for 6 years and veggie for over 30 so I don't think it will be *that* much of an adjustment.

There are raw restaurants in LA. I can't think of the names. There's one in Culver City, one on Santa Monica Blvd. and La Brea and I think it's called Taste of the Goddess. There's another one in Santa Monica on Main St. called Rawvolution. I ate there Monday and it was great.
