I too am going to be starting my 30 day challenge (June 13th). Like you, I am gathering all of the necessary info to do this successfully. I have always owned a Vitamix (really powerful blender) but recently purchases a Excalibur 4-tray dehydrator. I am looking forward to this and am willing to chat with you to keep you on track as well as you keeping me on track. Good luck.

Hi, yeah, that would be great to keep each other on track. I will need accountability coming from somewhere since I'm pretty sure I won't find anyone in my hometown.
