I can only answer one of your questions. Sad stands for standard american diet. ;)

THANK YOU! "diet" was the only one I could figure out. Sheesh.

I just bought a "Chocolate Mint" plant at Home Depot and put it in my backyard. It tastes kind of like peppermint. I put a few leaves in my green smoothie made of kale, raw carob and stevia . . .chocolate mint shake! :p

It's actually called chocolate mint?? I wasn't sure if the plant itself was chocolate mint, or if it was something you make with mint leaves and some kind of chocolate (obviously.)

Think I could have one indoors? I'm in a second story apartment.

Yes, it is a plant. I bought one. It's in a pot with some peppermint and spearmint.

Ok. Chocolate mint leaves, check. What SAD stands for, check.

Anyone know a good recipe to make a spicy-hot v8 drink?

Also, quick question about pine nuts. I can never seem to get them to grind up well enough in the blender. Would I be able to pre-grind them in a coffee grinder or would it be too wet? Or maybe food processor.

Sun Organic Olives' website says there's no heat used in the processing.

There's never heat used in the processing of pickling olives. It's the canning/jarring that is the concern. It doesn't mention anything about that there. Am I overanalyzing?
