Alissa's Kale Salad

Ok. If you haven't tried Alissa's kale salad, you're really missing out. It's like kale with guacamole. I was very hesitant to try it because the only time I've had kale (granted it was cooked) it was bitter and I don't like bitter. This was amazingly good. I eat it everyday now!

I posted a similiar thread a while ago about this. I love kale salad, but I add a bit of agave syrup and apple cider vinegar to mine. It adds a bit of a zing.
