Signature Problem

Hi All,

When I created my signature I initially made the type "Indigo," and when the signature showed up in my post, the type was black and the hotmail codes or whatever they are were visible at the beginning and end of the signature.

Does anyone know what i did wrong?

I'm not exactly sure what may have went wrong...perhaps one little piece of the code was missing by chance and caused that. Why don't you give a try again here in this thread as a test run and see if it works out.

Okay, one of two things you can do:

Select the color from the little drop-down menu BEFORE you type the signature and then type the signature in the little box that pops up asking you what text you want to be that color. Or...

Type your signature but just make sure you put the beginning and end tags at opposite ends of your quote. For example:

(spaces used are so the code will show up in this post)
[ COLOR = Indigo ] My signature blah blah blah [ / COLOR ]

I have one more question.. how do I make a picture file small enough to put on the site..i would like to journal here and also have my photo as my avatar.
