New to Raw: What is a good source of peas?

Where can I get peas? I realize from a can is silly, but is a bag of frozen organic peas from the grocery store okay? I know I have read some people mention that freezing can alter the integrity of a vegetable's/fruit's nutritional value. I love this vegetable, and would love to know. Thanks!

Frozen veggies are blanched before freezing, though I know of some raw foodists that eat them. You can buy English peas and shell them, but this takes some time.
