Okay, well, you say you have peaches, how many?

and you say you don't have the ingredients for a pie, so what do you have?

I would just eat them, but you may wish to peel and stone and slice then freeze and make peach ice cream, 1/3 peaches 2/3 bananas.

you can also make an exceptionnaly great peach jam

1/2 peaches
1/2 apricots

blend in food processor, leave slightly chunky, and pop into the fridge, or you can freezze, lasts about 1 week or so.

this is also good as a cake or pie filling, and is exellent as an ice cream topping.

you can make peach smoothies, peach sorbet by adding some dates or agave nectar, you can make peach nectar to drink, you can make well, again, how many do you have? and what other ingredients do you have?

I have a few almonds, a lemon, some oranges and bananas and apples.
But to us this is enough, just wanted to do something special with the peaches if possible.
Thanks so much for the ideas.

Ann :)

I'm new at raw, but there must be some way to make a sort of peach cobbler with the peaches, raw oatmeal and some honey or something?? Add some of that coconut whipped cream I read about on a thread and presto! I think it would be yummy anyhow.
