Does anyone have some recipes for smoothies that use the whole leafly greens. I notice when I juice leafy greens or lettuce that I don't get much juice. I'm alittle concerned about getting enough calicum.

Well, not really, but I do blend spinach or kale into my smoothies. My smoothies almost always consist of banana, strawberries, 1 apple or pear, water (to get it to desired consistency) and a handful or two of either green.
You can also thinly slice the greens into your salads, do collard wraps with pate's and veggies, do marinated greens...just to name a few things to get your greens in there.

one of my favs is the juice of one orange, 3 or 4 bananas (depending on how hungry you are) some frozen blueberries (a cup or so-sometimes i do more because i love frozen blueberries) and a couple of handfuls of mild, tender greens. you cant even taste the greens at all! also, i've heard that sesame seeds are great for calcium, you could make sesame milk.
