Veggie Soup Recipe Needed

Does anyone have any good not so sweet and no fruit veggie soups or any recipes in general? I need more variety in my diet and am getting a little bored with salad, kale salad, cucumber soup, and spaghetti. My body still has a very hard time digesting nuts so I tend to limit those still. I've been looking online and here on the board, but haven't come up with much. Any suggestions? I would love a good carrot curry soup or anything curry if you have it. Thanks.

Alissa's book has some good recipes, as does the Complete Book of Raw Foods (or something to that effect.) I also have Gourmet Raw Living (again, the title isn't exact) but I got the latter two at Barnes & Noble.

help me with a way to use them.
I thought i would make a pie but do not have the ingredients to make a crust so what else can i do with them?
One is getting soft and i don't want to waste them.
