I checked the Search banana and found a few posts regarding this, but there weren't that many responses.

I am considering adding peanuts and/or peanut butter to my diet. Since peanuts are so easy to open, is it safe to assume that raw peanuts means raw peanuts?

Also, are there any quality organic raw peanut butters that people are familiar with?

Does anyone here eat peanuts or peanut butter?

Yes, raw peanuts should truly be raw. Your main concern will be aflatoxin, which I think is why most raw foodists don't have peanut products. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aflatoxin

There are quality organic raw peanut butters but the level of quality if you ask me is a '?' mark. However here is a link that might help you in your research
