I finally made Alissas strawberry crepes with sweet cream filling! Well I am afraid they did not go down well as my kids really dont like bananas - its NOt the recipies fault! I think I will try with another type of fruit leather and they will like it.

So the point of this is that I had nothing for dinner and just diluted my excess of sweet cream filling to a thick yogurt like consistancy and served it with a bowl of frozen berries and PRESTO it was a hit and I now have a great yogurt! And best of all a kid pleaser too. :p

I do this type of thing all the time, with either left overs, or something I don't care for, you just add water, or dehydrate, add spices, or sweets, add more nuts, add more fruit, add more veggies, there is always something you can make out of just about anything.


good work Joz, I love that creamy filled, but I don't care much for the banana crepes myself, I use strawberry mint fruit leather in mine, then add mint to the filling with some cacoa, it's great.
