received Alissa book &DVD!

I just received Alissa book and DVD and watched for the evening!!!
It is amazing!! Alissa looks so healthy and she passes the wise message that going raw is so simple so easy....she lets you feel eating raw is a kind of freedom!!
I will not go back to cooked food any more.. I will say goodbye to the dead food forever.. for i want to be alive!

Thanks Alissa, you book and DVD bring me Gosepel of the colourful raw heaven..

Yeah, you should do the 30 day challenge. I'm doing it right now. I started today. I was all raw for a year and a half then went back to some cooked food and now I'm back to all raw, so I decided to do the challenge for fun and accountability.

Yes, i will do it definetly!! i was on juice fasting and will go for all raw afterwards..
