I have several questions, and they don't each really require their own threads, so I thought I'd put them together in one!

1) I have my dehydrator now! It's sitting on my kitchen counter, under the cabinets where I keep my fruits and veggies that don't need to be refrigerated. Do I need to move either the dehydrator or the veggies, or will the dehydrator's heat output not affect the fruits and veggies?

2) I want to make Alissa's corn chip recipe tomorrow. Can I mix the ingredients ahead of time, say, this evening, then put them in the dehydrator tomorrow morning? Would I need to refrigerate the mixture overnight?

3) What are everyone's opinions on green tea? I know that the majority of raw foodists do not drink anything hot or with caffeine, but I also know that green tea is supposed to be beneficial for your health. What do you all think/do?

Thanks in advance!

I think that fruit and veg should be kept as cool as possible so if it is not too awkward then you should move them.

I have never made them but if you do mix tonight then do refrigerate

I call myself 100% raw but have admitted here many times that I still take tea. I do this because I want to.
I think that any benefit (and the jury is still out on this) derived from green tea is not worth not being 100%. If it is not important to you to have tea then I would skip it.
It is not the tea that I need but the lifelong habit of having a hot drink with my meal is hard to break. I sometimes just have hot water but even that is not the preferred thing to do.
