I was wondering,
what's your favorite simple thing to make with kelp granules...I used my own money and bought some raw ones at the store today :)
Does this sound like it might work...blend it up with some sunflower seeds or something? I just don't know what I would specifically have to add..we don't have much

I sprinkle them on my salads.

I use them generously is anything I wish to have a flavor of the "sea" so to speak. If you want seafood, sprinkle in the kelp. Add nori and you will be satisfied. At least in my book. Adore the seafoody recipes and always add both. Let us know how you do.

thanks :). I tried it sprinkled on salads and thats good. Lady Green Jeans, do I have to add both nori and kelp, I don't have nori. But if I just added kelp to a recipe would that still be ok?

I sprinkle them on my green soups. You can get creative with soups, but like cooked soups the raw green soups need a salty taste or they are balnd, so in come the Kelp. Adds a salty taste with all the great benefits of the Kelp.

thanks rawfigure, I was thinking of that actually. I've never actually tried a raw soup. I don't really know what to make it with since most of the time I don't have everything the recipe calls for and I am scared to mess it up and waste the food or just end up eating something that makes me sick even though I can tell i don't like it at all as I am eating it(as I have done before *rolls eyes*)

Lunar Fey,

Sorry I didn't get back to you. Not so much time anymore the check the board. No, you don't need both. Sometimes I just put a pinch of this and a dab of that. Fun to experiment.
