I'm dehydrating banana wraps for crepes that I'm bringing to a party this weekend. I think they are almost done and I want to store them until tomorrow night. Can I do that or should I have timed my preparation better?

You can store them...in fact, what I did once was I pre-cut them into the strips for the crepes and put them in ziploc bags and when I was ready for them, all I had to do was put the filling on and roll 'em up! They'll be fine, just make sure they're thoroughly dried.

I made some the other day (first time; just 2 bananas) and just ate them, but I noticed when I put them on a dish to spread the almond butter on, it stuck like crazy. So if you're saving them, maybe just wrap them in plastic wrap without putting them on a dish first.

we make these all the time, wrap in plastic or put in ziplock baggies, to keep, you want to keep them from reabsorbing moisture from the air.
Banana leather is supposed to be chewy, not cispy, so enjoy,
they will be a great hit, yummyyy

Have you made extras :) ? Banana wraps are sooooooo good. We make tons of them (almost literally). I usually store them in a sealled container like any other dried fruit, and they last as long as they have opportunity. I think the longest is about 6 months and they were still yum and fresh. Have a great party. You'll love the crepes, and so will everyone else :D
