Tortillas and Bread???

I've seen pictures (on a raw blog site) and heard people talk about tortillas and sprouted bread.

Are these raw???

I'm confused. :confused:

Some people think that manna bread and Ezekiel bread are raw, but they are not. You could make your own sprouted breads and tortillas in the dehydrator though.

Paul Nison's site sells raw tortillas....i have been so tempted to get some.....don't have a dehydrator

Also, some people don't mind having those couple of non-raw vices in their diets so while the sprouted bread and wraps they use may not be raw, it might be the only (knowingly) non-raw thing they allow themselves to have.
