buck wheat

I finally found raw buckwheat that is hulled! I ran along a pizza crust recipe once with this but can't find it now. Does anyone have one they can share? Also any other recipes with buck wheat? Maybe granola?

I made a pizza crust with walnuts, pretty good but probably high callories and also with oat groats, didn't like this one. I am hoping the buckwheat will be tasty and lower callories than the walnut.
