I want to wean out of the ezekiel ones (even though they are so yummy) but I do want to do pure 100% raw, anyone has a quicky recipe for this? Need to know the ingredients asap so I can get the RIGHT NOW!!!

Did you search on here for them?

Alissa has corn tortilla's in her book. Do you have her book?

Hey, let me know how they turn out...that is awesome that is all you need for them!

I've only made Alissa's and they were great!

So, curious about these w/ less ingriedents!

Just re-read the ing. for that recipe I gave you and it calls for sprouted sunflower seeds.......I'm wondering if it would work w/ just regular sunflower seeds and not sprouted.

I'm more curious now to see how these turn out for you!

Pam thanks so much, they are dehydrating already can't wait for this to be done! I didn't add turmeric nor coriander but I replaced coriander with fresh cilantro. I guess it will give a similar flavor not sure. I did only half and I came out with 5 rectangle tortillas, but only 3 went to the dehydrator since I am using it already packed with flax crackers, tomato slices, and granolas. The other two went to the freezer all spreaded in a mini rectangle tray, when the dehydrator is ready I will have these ready to put them in there :)

runrunrunner I bought mine on ebay, it cost me $30 cheaper than most places. I find using mine everyday, so it was a well money spent! ;)

Well I should hope so... coriander and cilantro are the same thing! lol :D Turmeric is the main ingredient in curry, so you might try some curry powder (if you have some) if you make these again.

Actually coriander is the seed of the plant, cilantro is the leaf,

they are both of the same plant, but one is a spice, the other an herb, they are different.

I make tortillas just by blending up the raw frozen corn with a little sea salt. Then I put rounds about the size of my hand on teflex sheets and dehydrate them a couple of hours. Turn over and dehydrate again. Be sure they're flexible. Don't dry them out too much. Make them rather thick because they thin out when they dehydrate. These are chewy and corny and yummy!

My mistake, you're absolutely right. I've heard "coriander" refer to the leaves as well, but I didn't realize that your typical ground coriander came from the seeds.

that's fantastic thanks SO MUCH for the tip!!!

I dehydrate them too long :( :( They came out so hard AND I don't like the celery taste, that's why I didn't have that veggie in my refrigerator. I didn't think that I was going to taste it so much but I do :( boohoo!!! I will try to use these breads for something else, maybe with a lot of sauce and a salad as topping.

I am going to try RowanC recipe thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and vegggeeemom thanks so much for your fastness! :D
