Hi

I made Alissa's crab cakes the other day and they were so yummy! I tripled the amount of kelp and doubled the dulse and added some extra celery and it was soo delish! My 17 month old daughter ate it right out of the food processor and then I made some patties and dehydrated it and really, REALLY, it tasted just like SAD crab cakes. So good.
Just thought I would share with all of you. If you have not tried this recipe yet you are missing out on some serious yumminess!

i would love to try those crabcakes, but i don't do well with unsoaked nuts in recipes. do you think they'd turn out ok if i soaked the nuts? would any modifications be needed for the extra moisture? hoping someone can help :o
many blessings to all!

Shelah,

Do you have a dehydrator? If so, soak the nuts and then dehydrate them to dry them out. That's what I do and I find I digest soaked/dehydrated nuts WAAAAY better than unsoaked ones.
